Kindly note the following:
No product can be replaced after removing the original packaging unless there is a factory error or defect apparent on the product.
If the order is canceled by the customer after the order is on with the representative of the shipping and delivery company, the amount of the product will be refunded only. However, the value of the delivery will be charged to the customer.
If the product is replaced after receiving it by the customer, the customer pays the delivery value of the returned order and the new order.
